Thicker 6mil plastic sheeting can also be used. For snow country I'd suggest at least a hard plastic or fiberglass roof and some heat tape to melt the snow pack. You will also need cross bars on the roof for added support. Keep a low fire going in a small wood burner for heat. You don't want it too hot or smokey. Just to keep it above freezing inside. Well that did happen to me once, but I didn't have the greenhouse secured down. This one has plenty of ventilation for the wind to go through. We had high winds the other day and it survived great!
